Tomi is a demon that possessed the body of a life-sized art doll. His body is made out of a canvas-like material, with his joints being similar to that of a ball-jointed doll.

About the voice provider
UpTown-P has been in the vocal synth sphere ever since he was a young child and has always been amazed by singing synthesizers, as he grew older he discovered various vocal synths that interested him into creating and making his own singing synthesizers through UTAU.
UpTown-P has voiced for various vocal synth projects such as characters in SPUTAU project (Most notable is Umi Kurage & Degirl.) As well as voicing for characters in FNV.
UpTown-P makes his own original music and song covers using synthesizers like UTAU and SynthesizerV.
UpTown-P doesn't consider himself notable enough within the vocal synth community to say that he had a huge impact, however in 2021 he made 2 FNF UTAU jinrikis which were up for download for a short period with permission from the creators of FNF themselves.

As of November 18th, 2025, we have made the decision to cease distribution of Tomi AI. (Both Full and LITE Diff-SVC versions)
We believe that he has run his course and that it's time for that era to come to an end. UpTown-P also wished to take down the models due to his personal circumstances.
We ask users to cease usage of his Diff-SVC models if they own it and to not share the original models or archive them.
