KIGAI is a being made from scrap metal. Wires seep out the back of its neck and the silicon plating barely holds it together. The majority of its voice data is corrupted, which results in a choppy and uneven sound.
It is kept in a small room filled with liquid cooling systems to keep it from overheating or leaving its room. Its machinery is constantly beeping with radio signals coming in and out of its brain through the headphone-like device mounted on its head, which also acts as a pair of ears.
KIGAI is capable of accessing electronic devices via the Internet, which is why it is considered dangerous by its creators.
