KIGAI is a being made from scrap metal, wires seep out the back of its neck and the silicon plating barely holds it together. Its voice is comprised of corrupted data which results in a choppy and uneven sound.
It is kept in a small room filled with cold water tubing to prevent it from overheating or leaving its room. The machine is constantly beeping with radio signals coming in and out of its brain through the headphone like device mounted on its head, which also act as ears.
KIGAI has the possibility of accessing multiple devices via the Internet, therefore it is considered dangerous by its creators.
